Convenient location with friendly staff

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, largely due to its great location near the theme parks and the friendliness of the staff who were always ready to assist. The room was comfortable and equipped with the essentials for a short stay. However, I expected a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially in common areas.

I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff at Extended Stay America Suites, Orlando, Orlando Theme Parks, Major Blvd. The accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel, which was very comforting.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

Staying at the Extended Stay in Orlando was good! The staff, especially Kim at the front desk, provided excellent service. The location near theme parks was convenient, and my Queen Studio room offered comfort and tranquility. A minor drawback was the lack of a picnic area outside.

I had a lovely time during my 14-night stay. the room was spacious, and the full-size fridge was a lifesaver for keeping snacks handy. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the complimentary coffee in the lobby were nice touches too. The only downside was some noise from nearby rooms, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. 😊

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

Our stay lasted five nights, and while some amenities were lacking, the overall experience was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Don’t expect daily cleaning, but the kitchenette was useful for light meals. A cozy spot near the theme parks, but double-check on amenities.

Exceptional service from Sandra made my brief stay a pleasure. Her friendliness and willingness to assist were standout aspects. However, the room had a noticeable mildew smell, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness, evidenced by the presence of roaches, made the experience less than ideal. Conveniently located, yet the room's condition detracted from the overall value. I enjoyed grilled dishes at nearby eateries.

the check-in process went smoothly, and the front desk staff were really friendly. i loved how close it was to the attractions i wanted to visit. overall, a decent stay for a couple.
